WILDWOOD ON THE LAKE - WHITEFACE & LAKE PLACID LODGING
Our beautiful grounds feature a natural spring-fed pool, a heated indoorpool, barbecue facilities, and lakeside picnic sites for your enjoyment. We also offer a fleet of paddleboats, rowboats and canoes to explore the waters of Lake Placid.
After a day on the slopes or trails, guests can relax in our sauna and whirlpool, explore the many boutiques and shops in the village, and dine at some of the finest restaurants in the Adirondacks.
Our roomy accommodations include full bath, air conditioning, color TV with remote, telephone, coffee maker and refrigerator. Balconies overlook Lake Placid and Whiteface cottages and kitchenettes.

A Charming Village Home – Our newest addition to the Wildwood is the perfect location for a family or two (up to 6 people) in the closest residential neighborhood to Main Street. The former home of now resident management Petra, Stuart and Weber Jane, has hardwood floors throughout the building and was completely remodeled over the past 4 years. The 3 bedrooms (2 queens/2 single beds) boast huge closets, 2 baths, good sized living room, dining room, full fitted kitchen, new porch, washer anddryer, it is your home away from home. Not only do you get to be in a quiet neighborhood, you are a 10 minute walk back to the free boats and pools enjoyed by all our on-premise guests.
Please note this not a location for late night revelers.
Weekly Rate $2000 plus taxes. Non-Holiday Weekends: $300 per night plus taxes.( 2 night minimum)
